1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Primegate Real Estate and Management Ltd website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable UK laws.

2. Services

We provide estate agency, property management, lettings, mortgage broking, and financial advisory services. All services are subject to separate agreements.

3. Property Listings

Property details are provided for guidance only. Whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete or error-free. All measurements are approximate.

4. Consumer Protection

We aim to conduct our consumer-facing commercial practices in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection law, including the unfair commercial practices provisions of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024. Where relevant, our estate agency activities are also subject to the Estate Agents Act 1979.

5. Anti-Money Laundering

In accordance with the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds Regulations 2017, we are required to verify the identity of our clients before conducting certain property transactions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Primegate Real Estate and Management Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our services, to the extent permitted by law.
